Victim Services

VWS provides outreach, advocacy and support services to victims of crimes.  Crisis intervention services are provided immediately after a crime, on-scene, at the hospital, police station, in-person, and over the phone.  VWS assists law enforcement with death notifications and provides families in crisis with resources and referrals.

VWS assists with victims who have experienced crimes such as:

• Domestic Violence
• Sexual Assault
• Homicide
• Child Sexual and Physical Abuse
• Assault
• Robbery
• DUI crimes with victim injury or fatality

Victim Witness Services advocates on behalf of victims to ensure their rights are met and works in tandem with victims and the Coconino County Attorney’s Office to successfully prosecute offenders. Click here to read the Victim’s Bill of Rights.
