Domestic Violence Support Group
VWS offers FREE, weekly, professionally facilitated, support groups for women who are in violent and/or unhealthy relationships. Free child care is provided. The format of the support group offers meetings to individuals when they want help; participants are not mandated to attend a specific number of sessions.
The objectives of the support group are to:
1) Lessen survivor’s isolation by building positive relationships with group members
2) Provide tools and resources for survivors and their children regarding safety planning
3) Explore how to develop and maintain healthy intimate relationships
4) Examine and increase individual self esteem

Please call Victim Witness Services for Coconino County at 928.679.7770 to conduct a simple phone intake process. The date, time, child care logistics, and location of the next support group will be given once the intake is completed.
